Privacy
This is a personal site. It keeps what you send me through the contact form and some basic visit statistics. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
The contact form
When you send a message I receive your name, email address, company, the type of inquiry you chose, and your message. The site also notes the page you arrived from and any campaign tags in the link, so I can tell how people find me. The message is emailed to me and saved in this site's private database so it can't get lost. I use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
Visit statistics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which sections and buttons get used. Google sets cookies to do this and processes the data on its own servers. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Other services this site touches
- The site is hosted by WP Engine, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts.
- Videos are hosted on YouTube. The player only loads from YouTube when you press play.
- The newsletter link goes to the Spectruss sign-up form, which is run by Mailchimp under the Spectruss privacy policy.
- Links to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, Instagram and other sites take you to services with their own policies.
Seeing or removing your information
To see what I have from you, or to have it deleted, send a note through the contact form and I'll take care of it.
